How long will it take to receive my order?
Every Wards item is crafted with care and inspected before shipment.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing.
Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing Wards and supporting independent craftsmanship.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your leather good from our workshop to your door.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Do you use Vegan Leather or Genuine Leather?
At Wards, most of our pieces are made from genuine, full-grain leather — the kind that matures with age, develops a unique patina, and reflects the craftsmanship behind every stitch.
We also offer a small selection of items in vegan leather, chosen with the same attention to detail and quality. This option gives you a lightweight, animal-free alternative without compromising on style.
For each product, the exact material is always listed in the Measurements & Specs section. No matter which option you choose, you can expect the same excellence in finish, durability, and timeless design.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We’re proud to ship our handcrafted leather goods worldwide.
Shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location.
If you’re outside our standard shipping zones and wish to place an order, just contact us for more info.
How should I care for my Parker bag or leather goods?
A little care goes a long way.
Here’s how to keep your leather goods looking great for years:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and extreme heat
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed
- For full-grain leather, apply a leather conditioner every few months

At this time, we don’t offer custom builds but we’re always open to feedback and ideas.

Can I cancel or change my order?
